This is a really neat Light Panel of Frankenstein! The way this works is that the Frankenstein Light Panel attaches with velcro to a t-shirt and the driver is what gives the Light Panel the power, it takes 4 AAA batteries or can connect to an AC adapter. The driver is the size of a beeper and is hidden in the secret pocket so no one can see.
